General Coverages/Benefits:

- 24/7 emergency service. Guaranteed response within 4 hours, repairing time depends on parts availability
- Each equipment in the plan receives a Spring Home annual Precision PM (Preventive & Maintenance) Tune Up—the best way to protect your HVAC equipment
- 12% Senior (Over 65) discount applies to all plans.
Complete Care Value Plan:
- This plan is only for equipment installed and maintained by Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc.
- Up to 10 years free diagnostic and repair.
- Annual Precision Tune Up is required from the 2nd year to the end of the plan.
- Parts warranties subject to manufacturers’ warranty.
Complete Care Tier 1 Plan:
- Flat rate price, no hidden charge.
- 15% off on all repairs including labor and parts.
- No overtime charge.
- Plan is only available for equipment less than 15 years old
- One free diagnostic visit during the plan period.
- Annual Precision PM Tune Up is required for all covered equipment.
Complete Care Tier 2 Plan:
- Unlimited No-Charge service for covered parts only.
- Annual Precision PM Tune Up is required for all covered equipment.
Equipment Covered:
- Plans are available for gas furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, air handlers, high velocity air conditioners, heat recovery ventilation units (HRV), by-pass/power vent humidifiers.
- Plans are only available for residential applications.
Parts & Work Included:
- Gas burner and orifices.
- Gas valves in furnace or boiler.
- Igniter.
- Relay.
- Flame sensor.
- High limit control.
- Roll out switch.
- Transformers in furnace or boiler.
- Venting system high low pressure switches.
- Furnace or boiler low voltage control board fuse.
- Condensate pump.
- Thermostat replacement with only Honeywell Pro4000 or equal.

- AC (Air conditioner) contactor.
- AC service core valves.
- AC outdoor disconnect switch.

- Electrical power supply from hydro panel to equipment ON/OFF switch.
- Heat Exchanger.
- Hydronic heating coil in air hander.
- DC-ECM blower.

- Cooling coil for high velocity system.
- AC compressor and condenser coil.
- Refrigerant.
- Boiler heating section.
- Firebox/combustion chamber.
- Consumable parts, including but not limited to air filters, UV lights, humidifier pad, and batteries.
- Boiler low and high water cut-off switch, circulating pumps, air separators, expansion tanks, zoning accessories including zone controls and zone valves.
- Boiler water distribution system including water pipes, radiators and radiator valves.
- Boiler system balance.
- Boiler system drainage, air bleeding and refill.
- Forced air system balance.
- Steam humidifier and accessories.
- Snow melting system.
- Complete unit replacement.
- Gas supply pipe and accessories from gas meter to equipment.
- Air distribution system including ductwork, volume dampers and zone controls.
- Non-accessible vent/exhaust system.
- Additional work required due to insufficient maintenance or poor working order prior to joining any Complete Care Protection Plan.
- Thermostat cable between thermostat to Furnace, boiler, air handler and air conditioner.
- Ductless line set cover.
- Properties damaged by defective equipment
General Conditions:
- The following items in this section must be met in order to valid this plan agreement.
- Equipment is operated as per manufacturer’s instruction and local codes.
- Home owner should provide enough and safe access to equipment. Spring Home’s employee(s) have the right to not to work on the equipment if the access is enough and safe.
- Equipment must be serviced by Spring Home employee, work performed by others won’t be reimbursed by Spring Home.
- Inform Spring Home what happened to affect the equipment operation before the service starts.
- Install Spring Home recommended accessories, such as water alarm, water float switch, secondary drain pan, and condensing pump, etc.
- Any work not covered by the agreement will be done only on the customer’s authorization, material and manpower will be charged extra with discounted rate.
3. Repair coverage will be affected by parts availability. Spring Home is not reliable to the repair if part(s) are not available from equipment manufacturer and its distributors.
4. Spring Home reserves the right to discontinue the plan at any time.
